Canadian Barrel Aged Wines

Introducing our Canadian Barrel Aged Wines!

And as an added Bonus (opposite of a tariff!) we are offering the barrel aging FREE. A $35 value.

We've been lucky enough to procure some premium juices from the Okanagan and from Niagara!  These are running in limited quantites, once they're gone, they're gone!  We aim to start bottling these wines in May, but will be in touch when they're done aging in the barrel!

Both styles are available in full(30 bottle) batches or half (15 bottle) batches.

Okanagan Pinot Noir- Pinot Noir is famously from Burgundy France, but did you know the Okanagan’s growing climate promotes a beautifully rich and well balanced version? Notes of cherry, raspberry, spices and earth.  Well rounded and barrel aged.

Niagara Gamay Noir- Gamay is famously from the Loire Valley in France.  Ontario's growing climate is excellent for the Gamay grape.  This style of Gamay Noir, closely resemebles an Ontario favourite, Baco Noir.  Notes of ripe red fruits, spice and light smoke.  Full of flavour and easy on the palate, barrel aged.
