The home of UNDONE is located in the middle of the trendy Soho of Hamburg. Since its founding in 2019, UNDONE has been dedicated to the goal of creating non-alcoholic alternatives to spirits and aperitifs, and aim to promote a lifestyle for a more social and healthy drinking culture without sacrificing the taste of delicious drinks.
Tasting Notes on a few of Undone spirits
Undone No. 7 an alcohol free alternative to an Italian orange aperitif liqueur smells of typical Italian bitter herbs and warm orange notes. The taste is much like the real deal too: bitter sweet blood orange, thyme, grapefruit, clove and bitter notes all make for a delicious alternative.
Undone Gin is what you would expect from a London Dry Gin; soft notes of juniper, lemon, citrus aromas, cucumber, coriander, pepper and ginger. No alcohol free, just a Gin ish like flavour. No Tonic flavour, so can be used for Negroni's and Martini's.
