Our signature serve is to pour 25ml over ice, top up with 200ml of quality tonic and garnish with half a slice of orange and a crushed basil leaf. No basil, no problem, a dash of bitters, orange, Rhubarb or try your favourite.
Our Story
Borrago is a naturally delicious grown-up drink with no alcohol, sugar, carbs or calories, perfect for sober October or any other month for that matter. Our non-alcoholic spirit is full of natural botanical flavours and aromas, and is complex and dry. It is an awesome base for exciting and discerningly different non-alcoholic cocktails.
Our namesake, borage is also known as the bee flower and bees are in serious trouble. To make a difference, we support the Save The Bees campaign. Borage flower is part of our perfect serve and we have given away over 100,000 borage seeds so far as part of our commitment to help save the bees. We want to give away a million seeds! Wild bees love borage flowers, so it makes great habitat for them. We even have our own hives and we use the honey in our cocktails like our Bees Pyjamas.
