I was looking for a replacement Riedel glass as one was chipped at Christmas time. After contacting Riedel whose delivery charges were almost as much as the glasses, I decided to try for a local provider which led me to Yonge Street Winery. While trying to figure out the right glass, the "chat with us" icon came up. No virtual asistant - a real person! They took the time to measure their glasses to make sure I ordered the correct one and promised they would check my order to ensure I chose the right one. In two days my glasses arrived safely and at half the cost for delivery compared to Riedel. Service like that is worth its weight in gold. Well done, Yonge Street!
