Better known in the industry as "Pink stuff" this is a cleaner, destainer, sanitizer/disinfectant in one. It is chlorine bleach based so make sure it is safe on your hard surface as it will bleach clothing etc. Not for hand sanitizing.
Dissolve 1-3 tbsp per 4 litres of cool-warm water (not hot)
Rinse surface after use to remove.
