Kvas Whisky Sour - This mix is designed to make a perfect whisky sour, every time, with merely the addition of whisky (1:1 ratio). Shake it up and you don't even need an egg white for beautiful foam, because we've thought of that too. A blend of maple syrup, dehydrated oranges, pineapple and a ridiculous amount of lemon juice, this syrup is the elevated sour mix, your home bar has been missing.

This cocktail breaches the threshold of awesomeness. Simply add Kvas syrup, a few drops of Fee foam and whisky to a shaker full of ice, shake until chilled and strain into a Riedel Sour glass.
- 1 1/4 oz Kvas Whisky Sour Syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Whisky
- Fee Brothers Foam
- Garnish: Slice of Dehydrated Lemon
Tip: Shake a second time without ice, before straining, for a creamier mouthfeel.

The addition of fresh rosemary and Niagara clover honey make this the perfect syrup for anything from a Gin Jam Smash, a Sangria, to a sweet vermouth substitute in a Negroni. A Little Thanks 1.5 oz Kvas Cranberry Rosemary Simple Syrup 1.5 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice 3 oz Sparkling Wine Add grapefruit juice and syrup to a flute or coupe glass and top with chilled sparkling wine and a couple frozen cranberries. We tried in with WIN alcohol free Cava and it was a big WIN! There is nothing better than sparkling cocktail and charcuterie.
