Tasting Notes:

This big, bold red blend has aromas and flavours of coffee, toasted oak and cassis with subtle licorice notes. It is full bodied with silky tannins and a long finish. Fermenting it on crushed whole grape skins ensures deep hues and enhances its richness and bouquet.
Bourbon barrels infuse a rich, evocative charred quality to the  vanilla of the Cabernet and makes the wine particularly well suited for pairing with smoked ribs or sliced rare steak. But don't worry, if meat's not your thing, the smoky flavour of Aged Gouda makes it another truly perfect pairing for this oaky Bourbon Barrel Wine.
