The Paper Plane is one of those perfect Spring cocktails. Bursting with bright tangy notes from non-alcoholic Aperol and lemon juice, this classic cocktail is a must try for warmer days!
Ingredients
- 2oz Undone Not Whisky
- 1oz Undone Not Orange Bitter
- 1oz Free Spirits, Spirit of Milano
- 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3-5 Dashes Aromatic Bitter
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into your favourite chilled coupe style glass (we're loving the Italian Coupe Glass, available in our shop) and garnish with fresh lemon peel twist or dried lemon wheel.
Makes two cocktails.
