Like Luxardo cherries, Amarachino in Syrup is made with wild cherries that have a sweet, bitter and herbaceous flavour and are preserved with their stems. Nothing like their candied, red sickly sweet cousins. Use in cocktails such as a Manhattan. Spoon into rich meaty sauces for duck or pork.
