Bellwoods Brewery began as a small brewpub in the west end of Toronto in 2012. This brewery is a relatively small, collaborative team, forever dedicated to the pursuit of perfect beer and now non alcoholic alternatives. Considered alcohol free at less than .5 % alc./vol.
Jelly king -The flavours that make it so nice to drink come from the yeast and the bacteria used in the brewing process. We sour the base of both the beer and the non-alc in the same way, and this results in interesting, predominantly peachy characteristics brought on by mixed fermentation.
Stay IPA - Made with the same ingredientas as the beer version (barley, oats, yeast, hops, etc.) and the same intent (take something that tastes really good!). As a result, Stay Classy pours just like a beer, with good head retention and soft, pale yellow body. Multiple dry hop additions translate into pronounced hop aromatics and flavours — think citrus zest and yellow grapefruit alongside dank West Coast hop notes for good measure. It’s dry, refreshing and crushable, with a pleasant bitter finish.
