Loxton is produced using the world’s leading alcohol removal technology. It was recognized that in order to retain distinct wine flavours in a finished de-alcoholized wine, the components of the wine had to be dealt with individually and delicately. Removing 12% alcohol from wine to below 0.5% is a sensitive process and requires a multi-stage process in order to obtain optimum results

Sauvignon Blanc - Pale straw colour with a touch of green. Gooseberries & lime citrus on the nose. A light, lifted palate with citrus and green apple notes and a touch of herbs. Pleasant mouthfeel and structure. The finish is crisp and refreshing.
Shiraz - Crimson in color with purple hues. A full-flavored Shiraz with notes of red fruit, blackcurrant, dark cherry, chocolate, and spiced oak on the nose. Bold ripe berry fruit on the palate and soft tannins with a sweet vanilla spice finish.
