Loxton is produced using the world’s leading alcohol removal technology. It was recognized that in order to retain distinct wine flavours in a finished de-alcoholized wine, the components of the wine had to be dealt with individually and delicately. Removing 12% alcohol from wine to below 0.5% is a sensitive process and requires a multi-stage process in order to obtain optimum results

Tasting Notes:

  • Semillon and Chardonnay - excellent balance of fruit flavours and acidity. Soft but ripe citrus notes with crisp acidity on the finish. A fresh and appealing light white wine that can be enjoyed at any occasion. Pairs well with chicken, seafood, Asian food and soft cheeses Can be enjoyed cold or at room temperature
  • Cabernet Sauvignon -Medium dry blend provides a fine balance of fruit, acidity, and tannins with a full flavour profile. Serve with a variety of meat and pasta dishes. Complements flavourful cheeses, ideal with charcuterie board
  • Sparkling  Brut   Has a pleasant  pear and apple aromas. Perfect for any celebration or special events. Mix with your favourite juice for Mimosas to elevate brunch to a new level. May Contain milk /egg
  • Sauvignon Blanc - Pale straw colour with a touch of green. Gooseberries & lime citrus on the nose. A light, lifted palate with citrus and green apple notes and a touch of herbs. Pleasant mouthfeel and structure. The finish is crisp and refreshing.
  • ShirazCrimson in color with purple hues. A full-flavored Shiraz with notes of red fruit, blackcurrant, dark cherry, chocolate, and spiced oak on the nose. Bold ripe berry fruit on the palate and soft tannins with a sweet vanilla spice finish.

So-so. Not worth the money in my mind. Doesn’t have a full body oaky taste that I’m looking for
